All services are provided based on the selected package and the agreed scope of work between the client and Bharat Doctors TV.
4. Ownership of Content
All video recordings, graphics, photographs, and other media created by Bharat Doctors TV remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client through a written agreement.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for promotional and professional purposes.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or modification of the produced content is strictly prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients (doctors, hospitals, or representatives) agree to:
Provide accurate information about their services, facilities, and staff.
Obtain necessary permissions for filming within hospital premises.
Ensure availability of spokespersons or doctors for scheduled shoots.
Avoid sharing misleading or unverifiable medical claims in recorded materials.
Bharat Doctors TV reserves the right to refuse or discontinue production if any content violates ethical, legal, or medical advertising standards.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed package or quotation.
Services are considered confirmed only after advance payment.
Due to the nature of media production, payments are non-refundable once a shoot or project has commenced.
Any delay in payment may result in a pause or cancellation of ongoing services.
7. Use of Likeness & Publicity Rights
By participating in our video shoots, interviews, or podcasts, you authorize Bharat Doctors TV to use your image, name, and professional credentials in promotional content across digital, television, or print media.
You also agree that Bharat Doctors TV may use this content to promote our brand and services unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every effort to ensure quality and accuracy, Bharat Doctors TV shall not be held liable for:
Any errors, omissions, or delays in published content.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our media or website.
Misinterpretation or misuse of the promotional content by third parties.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
